What Is The E. Coli Test Reagent?

- Jul 19, 2019-

Microbial immunomagnetic beads can be used to enrich pathogens such as pathogenic bacteria from environmental, clinical and food samples using magnetic sorting techniques. The separation of microorganisms is often referred to as a needle in a haystack, and the immunomagnetic bead sorting technology can provide a sensitive, rapid and effective enrichment and separation method, which is widely recognized.

The surface of the immunomagnetic beads provided by the E. coli immunomagnetic separation test kit is coupled with E. coli O157 specific antibody, which can specifically bind to the surface antigen of E. coli O157:H7/NM in the sample, and the magnetic beads act in the magnetic field. It is rapidly separated from other substances in the sample to achieve the purpose of separating and detecting E. coli O157:H7/NM.

For the separation and detection of E. coli O157:H7/NM in food, drinking water, feces and environmental samples, it is fast and sensitive, and can separate 100 cfu of target bacteria from background bacteria concentration up to 106 cfu.
