The surface of the immunomagnetic beads provided by the E. coli immunomagnetic separation test kit is coupled with E. coli O157 specific antibody, which can specifically bind to the surface antigen of E. coli O157:H7/NM in the sample, and the magnetic beads act in the magnetic field.
